QTF4-24 block making machine can produce various hollow blocks, solid blocks and pavers by changing moulds.

2. Molding technology

QTF4-24 adopts mold box and vibration table double vibration technology, then the blocks produced are of higher density and larger strength.

3. Mould

The moulds apply precise line cutting and carburizing heat treatment technology to prolong mold life and increase block mould precision, so the bricks produced are of high quality.

4. Material

This model is made of high-performance steel Q345 selected according to international CE standard. Thus it has advantages in high toughness, wear and tear resisting and high strength.
